Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with any merchandise you receive. If you’re not, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the terms below. This policy is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which provides a 14-day right of withdrawal.

To qualify for a return:

You must notify us within 14 calendar days of the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, received the goods.
Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please email our support team at merch@pepeunchained.com with your order number, transaction hash, and a clear request to return the item(s).
We will respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during return transit. We are not liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds are made only in cryptocurrency and sent back to the original wallet address used for the contribution.
The refund amount will equal the exact crypto amount received at the time of contribution, not its fiat value.

If returned items are not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.
Import duties, VAT, or customs fees paid by the customer (either at checkout or upon delivery) are non-refundable.

Please note: Invoices may reflect a 100% discount (0) because contributions are processed separately in cryptocurrency. Merchandise is provided as a complimentary gift in recognition of your support of community marketing and brand promotion.

Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
In such cases, any shipping or return costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
